The calendar is at calendar.google.com. No account and no sign in. Read it by month or by agenda, on a phone or a laptop.

Put it on your own phone

Subscribe once and district events appear in your own calendar app and stay current. On Android or a computer, open the calendar and choose add to my calendar. On an iPhone, add this feed under Calendars, add account, other, add subscribed calendar.

Add your county's events

Anyone can send an event. Email SD1.Regulators+events@gmail.com with these six lines, each on its own line. Put the county first in What.

Date: Saturday, 17 October 2026
Start: 10:00 am
End: 11:30 am
Place: the venue name and street address
Contact: the name, email, or phone to print on the calendar

If a line is missing or cannot be read, an automatic reply asks for it. Nothing is guessed. A complete event goes on the calendar once one of the three SD1 presenters approves it. The mail is read once a day, so allow two days. The Contact line is published on the calendar.

Every event is checked by one of the three SD1 presenters before it goes on the calendar. The Contact line is published; your email is not.

Five kinds of event: CEC and county party meetings, trainings, conventions and precinct conventions, candidate forums and public meetings, and deadlines. Put the county in the title, because the calendar is district wide.
